Chapter Meeting – Boosting Engagement with Monthly Forums

A few years back the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality’s Information Governance Team began hosting monthly virtual Records and Data Forums to share training and updates on a variety of information related topics. The forums have been a great hit at the agency, regularly drawing upwards of 100 attendees, and greatly boost the visibility of the team and how they can help.
