Megan Gregor, CMC, MLIS, MuniRM
Megan Gregor is the Founder and Independent Consultant of MuniRM and a Certified Municipal Clerk with more than 13 years of experience in local government. She has served as a Records Manager, Deputy City Clerk, and City Clerk in Washington State, and has supported cities nationwide as a consultant. With a Master’s in Library and Information Science and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Megan brings technical expertise and a passion for practical, human‑centered solutions. Known as the “ultimate records nerd,” she helps municipalities strengthen records management to support better governance and public trust.
Aimee Kellerman, CMC, MuniRM
Aimee Kellerman is a Certified Municipal Clerk and the Co‑Founder and Independent Consultant at MuniRM. She began her public sector career in California as a Deputy City Clerk and later served as City Clerk for the City of Medina in Washington State, where she was part of the City’s Management Team. Aimee brings a practical, experience‑driven approach grounded in governance, compliance, and transparent local government, helping agencies build confidence and strengthen records management practices.
