The ARMA Cascadia Chapter invites you (and your RIM-adjacent friends and colleagues) to a dynamic presentation that speaks directly to the evolving needs of records and information professionals.
Andrew Van Ness and Morgan Ford, MLIS from Tacoma Power Generation will share their journey of preparing records for the future. They’ll walk us through the process of selecting a new Document Management System (DMS), the challenges of working with a legacy system, and how they identified a solution that supports integration, scalability, and long-term efficiency.
